As a Human Resources Specialist intern my goals are to grow, learn and help the Kolme team in any way I can. For the past 20 years, I have had the privilege of serving in the United States Navy. In my first 13 years I was on four Submarines and the remaining 7 years I was a Career Counselor. Being a Counselor helped me find what my passion was and that was people. I enjoy learning and speaking with people from different backgrounds and cultures and helping them work towards their personal and professional goals. I have a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management (HRM) as well as a Master of Arts in HRM and Finance. My wife and I have three beautiful girls. In my free time, I enjoy coaching my daughter’s softball teams, spending time with family, BBQ, listening to music and watching sports.
