I spent 5 years in the Navy as a Cryptologic Technician Collection (CTR). I decided to seek a new challenge after my contract using the skills that I had learned while serving as an analyst and team leader. I was fortunate enough to have a supportive chain-of-command that allowed me to take advantage of the DoD Skillbridge program. Kolme was the perfect opportunity to transfer my skills into the civilian world. Because of Kolme, I was able to seamlessly transition from a Sailor on the last day of my service, to a Project Management Technical Consultant my first day as a civilian.
