I served in the USAF for 11 years. I started my career as a weapons troop on F-16’s and later got accepted into Special Tactics as a training manager. My career ended as a Tactical Combat Casualty Care instructor and Program Coordinator. Kolme Group picked me up from the SkillBridge program as an intern for 6 months and their focus on the employee is unlike anything I have seen.
