3) Tool Configuration
Kolme configured Ivy’s chosen platform, ClickUp to reflect the new operating model—no proprietary lock-in, no over-engineering. We implemented:
- Portfolio & Program dashboards for executives and team leads.
- Resource visibility at the role level to support planning and trade-offs.
- Automations & notifications to reduce manual status chasing.
- Self-serve reporting so teams could answer “How are we doing?” in seconds, not meetings.
4) Change Management & Enablement
Adoption is where outcomes happen. Kolme delivered role-based training, office hours, and “train-the-trainer” coaching. Quick-reference guides and short loom-style videos helped busy teams adopt the essentials without slowing down live projects. Feedback loops allowed us to tune workflows in real time.
