I served in the USAF in the late 80’s and early 90’s, stationed at RAF Woodbridge in the UK. When I transitioned out of the service the biggest challenge I faced was finding comparable challenges, co-workers, and friends. Had I had the opportunity to work with a company like Kolme Group back in those days I would have found the transition to be easier.
