ServiceNow Integration

Begin service management in ServiceNow and pass all the project data into Clarizen to gain the powerful tracking, engagement, visibility and resource management that your team needs.

  • Create a ticket in Service Now and have that automatically create a corresponding project in Clarizen in Draft state
  • When ticket status changes in ServiceNow to approved, change the status of the Clarizen project to Active
  • When the ticket status changes in SN to Cancelled, change the status of the Clarizen project to Cancelled
  • Sync specifed data (Due Date, etc.) from Clarizen project to the ServiceNow ticket

Clarizen Project Instance Sync

Zapier moves info between your web apps automatically, so you can focus on your most important work. This means you can bring data into Clarizen from other systems, push data out from Clarizen to other external systems – or even synchronize data between Clarizen instances!

  • Users provisioned in Workday are created in Clarizen with specific metadata. User metadata including name, email, phone, start date, end date, primary user group and role are synced from Workday to Clarizen
  • Revoked users in Workday will be disabled in Clarizen
  • User Provisioning/Sync runs daily
  • Workday user group ID is PK for CLZ user groups
