I served 20 years in the Air Force as a SERE Specialist. As I looked towards my retirement, I wanted to find a job where I could transfer my skills in helping people and organizations solve their problems. When I started looking for SkillBridge opportunities the culture of the organization became as important as the role. The interviews with Kolme were different than with other companies. This is what separated Kolme for me, by the time I reached the final interview I felt like part of the team. From my first day at Kolme I was not treated as an intern, they have treated me as a valuable member of the team, helping me translate my experience in the military to my current role as a project management consultant.
